it's almost time for the big one

Purchased several more scarves today. It's totally okay because people out here think that if the wind picks up then it's winter-chill. And it's not like it doesn't get sorta nippy at night or anything.

Anyway, there was a far less tiny earthquake while I was shopping. Some stuff fell down and I caught a dude pocketing some of the fallen figurines in the scramble - oh, this wasn't while I was getting scarves, I may have tucked off to a nearby comics & games store, but it was definitely within my budget okay - so, like, what kind of person takes advantage of a natural disaster? I jumped him, of course.

After explaining things to the police, they even apologized for the inconvenience! They didn't have to, though; I'd never worn handcuffs before, so that was neat.
